If this "Growth Area Tax" is passed within a few years Ballarat, Bendigo, Echuca, Kilmore, they will all be captured. You can call any area people want to build houses a "Growth Area". Labor Politicians claim that "Taxed Out", the Greens, the Liberals, the Nationals and anybody else that oposes the GAIC are "Scaring People" telling people just outside the current UGB they may have to pay this huge Tax If the boundary moves again. What a Joke! Do Labor MPs Don Nardella and Danielle Green expect us to believe this National Property Adviser, M3 Property, has nothing better to do than run around needlessly "Scaring" all of Victoria about the impact of their new Tax. They are reporting the facts to their Industry and Clients. Labor MPs should be ashamed of themselves for voting for this Ugly and Unfair Tax. Reply | Quote 5 0

They want to scare people into believing their falsehoods by distributing leaflets in places like Bacchus Marsh and in the middle of the suburbs. The government could only dream of getting to that standard of spin used by those spivs and spin doctors. We could only dream of it." The Labor Party are hiding the truth about this tax, they intend to introduce it statewide. They will be able to declare any area a growth area and claim this tax.
