GAIC passing not a cause for celebration, HIA media release, 8th June 2010

The Government and Opposition have reached a bipartisan agreement to pass a controversial $95,000 per hectare state infrastructure levy. While some have applauded
the passing of the legislation through Parliament, HIA remains very concerned about this new tax on land.
