Tax changes could give favour to big developers, Northern Weekly, 21st March 2011

The Coalition has signalled it will change the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution legislation to avoid situations where banks demand full payment up front.

It's good to hear some news on the GAIC. Hopefully the legislation Matthew Guy refers to in this article will appear in parliament soon to put us all out of our misery.
