Hear from affected Landowners
Saturday, 27 June 2009 18:18

Greg Carville
Please note Greg Carville's property is also subject to the delivery of Biodiversity Outcomes and as such, should he need to sell due to further ill health he is unlikely to realize any discernable increase in land value while doubt remains over development potential and timing.

Robin Early
Robin's property has been in the Urban Growth Boundary for 4 years. She is yet to see any discernable increase in property value.

I don't know what you're worried about - just sit around for the next 10, 15 or 20 years until your property achieves the value uplift Madden keeps talking about. Don't have 20 years to wait? Can't afford to pay your inflated rates? Then you can go cap in hand to the Hardship Relief Board (run by the Government) and tell them about all the sacrifices you have made to pay for your property, and that now after selling and paying the GAIC tax (imposed by the Government)you have little or nothing left over after a life-time of work. Its disgraceful and immoral and the Victorian Labor Government should be ashamed.

Vic roads does it again their moved the goal post they have change the route of the outer metropolitan ring road so as not to effect mivac corporation with their new housing development in rockbank when the brumby government change the urban growth boundary so now hard working family's will be affected by the change of the new route of the outer ring road which will in effect more family's will lose their homes i think their is a COUPLE of very big RATS
in government like Justin madden and Tim pallas so lets all together and fight these buggers and kick them out of office

A death tax, an inheritance tax, a land tax and a superannuation tax all rolled into one.

You've targeted the elderly, young families, the sick and the dead and you do it during a global financial crisis.

You will now be remembered for more than never being elected Mr Brumby.
